Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
Volunteer form: your name, email address, phone number, location, age range, availability, areas of interest and motivation, so we can process your application.
Admin login: a single session cookie that keeps the site administrator signed in. We run no analytics and no tracking cookies.
We use your information only to respond to your message or to assess and manage your volunteer application. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are stored in our website database (hosted by Turso, in Ireland) and may pass through our email provider (Resend) when notifying us of your message. Only the site administrator can access stored submissions.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Volunteer applications are kept while they are relevant to our work. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Photographs of our team appear with their consent. Photographs taken inside custodial centres show no identifiable inmates.
Under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email tamingwonders2025@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
